Slaven Man's Gym was created by Jonathan Slaven-CSCS. Jonathan has done personal training in-gym and online for over four years. A Russian-linguist by education and training, Jonathan made the switch to working in fitness in 2015, became an NSCA-certified personal trainer and later a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Starting out at 350-pounds, he had a bit of work to do on himself before he could help others. After working off 135 pounds of fat, Jonathan has dedicated himself to weight training with others wanting to improve themselves - body, mind, and soul!
